Hey, there! I’m Loren Fenton. I live in College Place, Washington–a small community near Walla Walla in the SE corner of our state.
Who I Am; What I Do: In June 2011, I retired after 40 years in gospel ministry. (I know, I know, that makes me a pretty old fossil for some of you! š) Believe me, sometimes I do feel pretty “out of it” in today’s world! But, I’ve discovered a lot of stuff along the way. I love to share ideas, stories, curious oddities, and occasional tips for living the “abundant Christian life.” One of my greatest joys in life is discovering and sharing delightful Bible insights in sermons, Bible study classes, or just in one-on-one conversations.
The Purpose of This Site: I’ve started this blog and podcast–“GoodlifeNews!” as a place to explore some of those ideas with you. Sometimes we’ll be just having fun together, and other times we’ll get a little more serious. But, I promise:
